new experiences in Paris

A free meal in Paris

Imagine this: you are renting Paris apartments for a couple of days and one day you do not feel like cooking your own meal at all. Since everybody needs to eat the you have to choose to either go out for diner or order something from the local italian/chinese/greek. Since the first option usually comes with better food you decide to call a friend, dress up, fix your hair and finally walk out the door, ready for a good night out. The first stop is the ATM to get some money but, oh no! Your account has been blocked and you left the other card in the Paris apartment rental!

It´s Friday night, you are all dressed up and all you have left is 15 euro in your wallet, what do you do now? You could of course still buy a piece of bread and go home, feeling all sad about this wasted time or you could go to one of the following free restaurants! These restaurants serve free food when you order a drink on specific times and certain days of the week and they are very popular with the Parisians. Chances are slim that you will get the best quality food ever but for a cheap night out while mixing with real Parisians this is the perfect option!

The « foire du trône » of Paris: the biggest fair of France from 3rd of April to 1st of June 2009

The « foire du trône », which takes place close to your location appartement paris is one of the largest and the oldest fairs in France. It began in 957. It was originally called “gingerbread fair”. This name was given to the fair in 1131 after that the son of Louis le Gros was charged at by a herd of pigs which were on the loose at the time in Paris. After this had happened, only the pigs that belonged to the disciples of St. Antoine were allowed to roam the streets of Paris, the others were prohibited. To thank the King for this preferential treatment, the monks – bakers made pig-shaped gingerbread at the “gingerbread fair” which was also called “Fair of St. Antoine” because it took place at the Abbey of St. Antoine. This fair was the predecessor of today’s “foire du trône”. At the time it was a large and popular open market where farmers and merchants traded. Stands of food, jugglers, acrobats, clowns, and actors participated in this yearly event. The fair has changed its name and location since the Abbey of St. Antoine was destroyed during the revolution, but the fair itself survived and today remains one of the biggest fairs in France. Nowadays it is an amusement park where you can have all sorts of fun and spend the day or night near your location paris. Hertha of Berlin

15 years ago, the heart of Berlin, was separated by masses of GDR patrols that monitored the wall. After its fall in 1989, this area of 39m ² has become the most likely site of any European capital.
Currently, the district of Mitte (center) is still being refurbished and the vast array of the most expensive stores, headquarters of multinational companies with the most active Underground system make it an incredible place with its originality and uniqueness.
But lets take it one step at a time and start at the beginning …
After World War II Berlin was, as we know, divided into two parts. The leaders of the GDR destroyed houses and roads, to create a huge wall of 152Km cutting the capital from North to South. It was known by Berliners as the “line of death”
Today this stretch has been replaced by modern buildings with the plan to reconvert this area back into the city centre.
The well known and popular district of Mitte is 40km² and is located between Alexander Platz (East) and the Brandenburg Gate (West). There are still many non-residential areas that have been used for recycling, but believe me when I say that this is the most dynamic face of the German capital.
What makes it really special is the famous merger between the “cool” of Mitte and the “Underground”. This latter is inhabited by artists, electronic music clubs, shops and art decor.
The reason for this curious combination is as follows; after the fall of the Berlin Wall, young Berliners rushed to make an impact in the new area, making any available space their home. Residents of this area have often tried to be evicted but they always cope with the pressure and are well supported by donations from visitors and partnerships.
People state that events of such overwhelming magnitude leave an indelible footprint on the place where they occurred. Mitte is no exception, for on every street corner you can feel the dramatic events of the past and the suffering of all those people.

Don’t miss out on a fantastic opportunity to discover more about one of the biggest events in recent history, so try one of our apartamentos en Berlin and the experience will be unforgettable!

Go to australia migration for more information.

The reputation of his party colleague, Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer. In 1999 the German embassy in Kiev, Ukraine alone issued more than 150,000 visas for Germany. Long queues formed in front of the embassy. Applicants reported that Ukrainian security personnel demanded DM 100 to 500 (50 – 250) from applicants to get ahead in the queue. At the beginning of 2000, the Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ludger Volmer, issued a decree (known as Volmer’s Decree), which extended the powers of the individual embassies in deciding about visa applications. The decree aimed at making travel to Germany easier. When in doubt, the application was to be decided in favour of the applicant.
