As tradition, the ‘rendez-vouz’ will take place at the Loire Bay (or Quai de la Loire), a beautiful area in which I do encourage you to find your Paris accommodation, in the 19th arrondissement, near the Jaurès and laumière metro, line 5 and 2. Entrance is free for everyone during the 3day design frenzy, from 10a.m to 7p.m, with one evening show until 9.30p.m on the Friday.

For some reason, I found a quarter in my phone holder this morning . I have no idea where it came from. Not that I am complaining, I love finding money . I have to do laundry in my building and it is honestly expensive, it is a dollar and twenty five cents which if you ask me is ridiculous although it includes both washer and dryer . I usually save up all my laundry until I have about ten loads so doing all of my laundry proves to be both a daunting and money draining task . And sometimes the machines don’t even work that well. They are usually broken but sometimes it’s the coin acceptor that doesn’t work. The coins won’t go in it or they get stuck somewhere down the line . Other times, the dryers reject the coins altogether. One time, I turned on the washing machine and went back up into my place and when I came down to check the washer was rumbling across the floor toward me. It stopped inches away from running over my feet and then toppling over onto me. I guess I am the only one out of all the people that live here that actually cares if the washer and dryer work in proper order . Don’t these people care about how clean their clothes are and how they smell? Honestly, I haven’t noticed them smelling bad or anything, but now I’m going to have to check. Maybe they do their own wash in the sink or something.
