How do I keep my new pichers clean?

I just put in some 6 gauge pinchers and I know not to touch my ears and all but how else can I keep them clean? I don’t have any alcohol though. Just peroxide.

    don’t use alcohol or peroxide. use 1/2 teaspoon salt in 8 ounces warm water twice a day. soak for 5-10 minutes.
