How do I clean my school binder?

I know it’s really dirty from putting it on the floor at school under my chair or on the desks. How can I clean it properly to get rid of the germs?
I meant clean the germs off it.

    umm well if you dont want to buy a new one take all of your papers out and just clean it with soap and water.. i guess thats how you would clean it, i have never cleaned a binder before haha.. or you could spray a cleaner on it and wipe it off

    Take out all your papers and get a new one. (: Or atleast that’s what I do, alot. lol. You could always get a backpack too. :o
