God said:

Gen 6:19 And of every living thing of all flesh, two of every [sort] shalt thou bring into the ark, to keep [them] alive with thee; they shall be male and female.

Gen 7:16 And they that went in, went in male and female of all flesh, as God had commanded him: and the LORD shut him in.

"Every living thing of ALL FLESH" this includes all human races.

Noah and his family were the only endemic people.

Ok, here's how they did it:

Cleanup: All the animals were fitted with large capacity colostomy bags and catheters that had drain pipes attached to them and the waste got funneled out into the ocean, so that eliminated the need to clean up anything.

Meat: Since bunny rabbits and rodents multiply rapidly, the meat eaters ate all the extra ones that kept popping up everywhere.

Everybody else ate Lucky Charms.

It was not millions of animals. God created creatures in basic kinds.
Noah only had to bring a representation of each basic kinds.
For instance, Noah did not have to bring a Golden Retriever, a Chihuahua, a Great Dane, a Boxer, and all the other hundreds of dog variations on board. He only had to bring 2 (a male and a female) of the basic dog kind. Now the bible says that God actually brought the animals to Noah. My guess is that God brought the perfect representation of each basic kind so that a lot of variation could come out of them. For instance, God did not bring a Panda bear, a Cheetah, or a Chihuahua to Noah. These are extreme variations of the basic kind and each is "swimming in the shallow end of the gene pool."
Creating more variation out of these types of creatures is very difficult. But if you had the perfect creature that was very rich and deed in genetic information, you could achieve a large amount of variation easily and probably in a short amount of time. People look at the rate of change of creatures today and assume that it would have always been the same. At first, right after the flood, those creatures were very rich and deep in the gene pool. The could have produced a lot of variation very quickly. This is because they had all the information, in the form of genes, in their DNA. Also the earth was uninhabited.
So there was a LOT of room to spread out and become isolated.
Today all we see are, like you said, MILLIONS of variations of creatures. These creatures are closer to the shallow end of the gene pool so subsequent change and variation is more difficult and a lot slower. Also the earth is mostly inhabited so spreading into new areas is more difficult and isolation is more limited.
I would recommend reading the book, "In the Beginning" by Walt Brown. There was much more to the flood than 40 days and nights of rain. That actually was probably a very small effect of the actual cause of the flood, which was -as the bible states - "all the fountains of the great deep broke forth".
You also ask, "How did they story meat for that long?"
The bible says that before the flood, the all creatures were herbivores. It wasn't until after the flood that God gave permission to eat meat.
Remember, we are looking at today's creatures. You cannot superimpose your observations on the creatures before 4,400 years ago. In 4,400 years the digestive systems of creatures could adapt to eating meat and some could even become dependent on meat.
The adaptation is not the result of random single point mutations but is the result of the supplied genes. This adaptation cannot be construed and exstrapolated into thinking that some supposed self replicating molecule has changed to make every other creature in the biosphere.
The same way, if you flip a coin and get 5 heads in a row you cannot assume that you can get 300 heads in a row if you keep flipping the coin. Or if you can jump a 2 foot ditch that means that if you keep jumping you will be able to jump the Grand Canyon. The variation we observe is limited and is caused by the mixing and matching of supplied genes. This is a very complex and designed system. The entire system is not random. It is very well controlled. If it was random, no life would ever live because you would never randomly get all the proper genes in the right place at the right time and have them all interact correctly to produce a functional body. There is a system built in to produce variation. It is not a random system. Also, this is even many steps above the random single point mutations that are said to have caused all the evolution that people claim.
There are not that many basic kinds of land animals. Noah only had to bring land animals who breathed air through the nostrils. That elimatates all insects and fish! That would only leave some thousands of creatures. They could have all fit on the ark and be fed and cleaned up by a crew of 8 people. Not every creature is as big as a horse or an elephant. Most are very small creatures. And remember, the bible does not say that he had to bring adults on board. He could have brought smaller animals. God's timing is perfect. I am guessing that most of the animals where just past being weaned off from their mother's milk so they were still very small, tough, and did not eat that much or produce that much waste.

And I guess you want to question the practicality of using humans as an energy source in the Matrix movies, don't you?

That's the magic of it! I'm sure some will say that they didn't pee or crap back then, just like carnivores were herbivores during the flood.

I have a similar question, except it's exacerbated by the fact that it's more than 200 days.
The time it takes to load all the species of the earth onto the ark needs to be taken into consideration as well (including gathering animals native to places far away from each other).
By the time the last pair of animals boards the ark, the first pair has been on board for a long time, and they need to be cared for during that time period as well.

It's not possible.

One of many, many problems with taking the tale literally. The closer you examine it, the more its supporters have to use magic to wave the questions away.

Tell you what, Fireball: Build a real ark, exactly the same size as the one in the Bible...with only one tiny window for air. If you can get it to float in the ocean without splintering, load it with several thousand pairs of animals. After a week count the animals and tell us how many of them are still alive.
