If you are seriously considering joining the franchising industry, you must know by now that how important the role of UFOC is in choosing the right franchisor. The section 19 of your UFOC is quite significant. It will make you aware of the earning claims the company is making. If you go through the UFOCs of more than one company, you will see that not everyone is offering you an earning claim. Some may say it’s a violation of federal law. But that’s a very wrong interpretation of the federal laws regarding the franchising industry. The laws were implemented in order to save the hard-earned money of the franchisees from dishonest franchisors.

To prevent a company from offering outlandish claims, the law stipulates that if a company gives earning claims, it has to back it with record of those claims. The company is supposed to give financial records showing that such earnings were made by an actual location and the cost of running such an establishment. If the company decides to provide these claims, it will be filed under section 19. It is very important, because it is written legal claims of the company on how much you can make by being its franchisee. Each state verifies the UFOC and other documents submitted before granting the franchisor the rights to franchise in that state. Hence, be sure that the item 19 of the UFOC is a verified and government-approved piece of information. Along with it, the company may give its financial statement in section 21 or as an addendum.

So, when you read the UFOC, be careful while reading this statement. Along with item 20, this must be a big factor in your decision to join the company. Section 20 will give you a list of all the present franchisees of the company and even those who have left the network. Call them and talk to them regarding all the claims of the company, whether earning claims or support and training claims. Ask the previous franchisees why they had left the chain and weigh both the view points. One thing that you should never do is asking the salesperson or the franchisor about “how much you can make”. It is not their job to answer that, and if they do give a number, that is unsubstantial in the eyes of the law. Therefore, beware of the companies who “accidentally” tell you how much you can earn. And the next time you hear the words “we cannot give an earning claims, it is against the law”, be sure that the company is trying to pull the wool over your eyes. Its not that they cannot give, but they don’t want to give, because they are required to produce necessary documents to substantiate it!

Marketing and sales are really just two sides of the same coin, so to speak, particularly as they relate to reach other. The crux of marketing, can be defined as a collection of activities carried out to produce mortgage leads A mortgage lead is, of course, finding a strong possibility for selling someone a mortgage. Directly related to marketing is selling, which can turn a strong mortgage lead into an actual buyer and, ultimately, a repeat customer. Mortgage leads are the glue which holds marketing and sales together. Marketing and selling would not be possible without mortgage leads.

In order to be successful, mortgage leads have to be delivered by the marketing department and acted upon by the sales department. However, before any of this can be happen, the leads have to be created; that is why both marketers and sellers can be significantly helped by having a mortgage lead list. As the name suggests, a mortgage lead list is a list of people, wherein every name on it denotes a possible mortgage lead.

Many different techniques and methods can be used to bring in and ultimately hook a lead. These include canvassing, advertising, direct response advertising, referrals, and direct mail. A direct mail campaign can be unbelievably beneficial, because direct mail adds a truly personal touch. To fully utilize a direct mail campaign, marketers and sellers use the names from a lead list and transfer those people direct mail. Some of them are just thanking the consumers for their interest or their business, while other direct mail campaigns include offering special deals and promotions through direct mail. This can be the perfect way to sway a lead who is interested, but not quite ready to buy. Knowing that the people who are doing the marketing and the selling are really interested in helping them can make all the difference in a lead’s decision to go with a particular company.

Any good, worthwhile direct mail campaign also includes informative, personable, easy going follow up communication. It is important not to try to force a hard sell. Salespeople should be considered helpful and willing to accommodate, never a bother. You can, for example, encourage a potential lead to call if he or she has any questions or need anything, but you should not press the person to buy. This will almost always just turn them off, which will probably make them go with a different company altogether, thereby losing essential business.

This is a summary of a great article about yeast infection I found on the internet. For the whole article you have to visit the website at http://hubpages.com/hub/Yeast-Infection-Prevention

The main cause of yeast infection is the overpopulation of Candida fungus. This Candida fungus is always present in human body. It is not due to gender but due to favorable place for growth that yeast infection rises up its head.

It flourishes in warm and moist place. Thus the vagina is the most ideal place for yeast infection to spread. There are lot of treatments and lots of medicines prescribed for yeast infection. But these medical treatments normally just stop the growth of the yeast infection but fail to completely eradicate it.

You might have problems like urinary disorder, irritations, vaginal discharge, vaginal odor, painful sex and sexual dysfunction, muscles aches etc due to yeast infection. Bearing all the discomforts that are caused by yeast infection is very tough. Boric acid is a toxic substance.

Severely suffered patients are even ready to use these medications even at least to treat the symptoms the main yeast infection keeping as it is. Most people with yeast infection end up frustrated due to undesirable results of their all tried treatments. Since the medications cannot stop the yeast infection from recurring time and again.

The natural treatment treats the main cause of yeast infection and eliminating the infection permanently. If you have already tried all the medical treatments available for yeast infection and found no relief, it is the best option and the only option for you is the all natural cure for yeast infection.

Everyone remembers those lessons in primary school where we first learnt about the Romans and the lavish lifestyle they used to lead thousands of years ago. Do you recall the tales of the banquets that Augustus used to attend, have you ever visited Rome and seen the places where this actually used to happen? The decorative wall paintings showing the kinds of food the Romans used to eat, how they lounged around and were waited on hand and foot are just some of the things that come to mind when we think of Romans and their gastronomic capabilities which have lasted thousands of years.

It seems Romans still have the same taste for a good meal in modern times! Restaurants in Rome close to lots of accommodation in Rome are abundant with local delicacies, one popular ingredient of which is the artichoke which is cooked in oil and served in many different ways. Saltimbocca alla Romana is a popular dish consisting of veal, prosciutto and sage – a dish definitely worth trying.

Some of the most exciting and innovative restaurants can be found in the very heart of Rome. Try Piazza Navona for a fantastic meal out, Piazza della Repubblica and The Spanish steps. Some restaurants that I have been to and really enjoyed in particular were; Brunello Lounge and Restaurant: Bar, lounge and restaurant serving traditional Mediterranean cuisine and it has a wine cellar with a choice of over 500 wines. Open every day except Sunday. Via Veneto 70/a, 00187 Rome. Tel: 06 48902867. As well as this, I went to a lovely restaurant called Da Fortunato: This restaurant serves Italian food and Roman dishes. Open 12:30-15:00 and 19:30-23:30, except Sunday. At Via del Pantheon 55 (perfect to walk back to your hotel Rome or Rome apartments). Finally, my third favourite restaurant in Rome is Il Sostegno as it is a restaurant which serves Roman food! Open 12:30-15:00 and 19:30-23:00 everyday except Monday. At Via delle Colonnelle 5.

If you are going on holiday to Rome this Summer, why not get a feel for the place before you go and follow this do it yourself recipe below. This recipe was one concocted by the Roman’s thousands of years ago but tastes just as good today!

MINUTAL MARINUM (Seafood Fricassee)
(Apic. 4, 3, 1)

Ingredients:
————
500g fish fillet (e.g. salmon)
250ml white wine
500ml beef broth
3 leek branches (I hope branch is the correct expression…)
100ml oil
Liquamen or salt, coriander, pepper, Liebstoeckl, Oregano to taste
a little bit of starch or flour to thicken the sauce

Instructions:
————-
Put the fish in a pan, add Liquamen, oil, wine and broth. Chop leek
branches and coriander. Chop fillets into a kind of fish goulash.bszRC
Cook approximately 30 minutes on small to moderate heat. When well done
ground coriander, Liebstoeckl and oregano and add to the fish fricassee.
Boil again shortly. Then thicken sauce with starch, sprinkle pepper on
the fricasse and serve.

Girona is a beautiful old town that has plenty to offer; culture, tranquillity and is only a short distance from the Catalan capital, Barcelona. To make the most of your trip to this wonderful city, learn about the all the different areas and what they have to offer. This way you can be sure to book the right Girona accommodation for you; whether it be one of the many Girona hotels or one of the numerous Apartments Girona.

The old quarter – Barri Vell

This area of Girona is a safe haven away from the modern hustle and bustle of the city. However, there is still plenty to do. There are dozens of old buildings to get lost in and a history that dates back to the 11th century. There are numerous cafes and restaurants that line the cobbled streets and courtyards from which you can see many ghostly little alleyways that lead to nowhere. Or do they? It’s up to you to explore and find out! In this quarter you will find most of the city’s museums, fine shops and boutiques.

The Wall Walk

In the 19th century, a lot of Girona was rebuilt as the city saw a regeneration plan. This part however, was restored as it was considered to be one of the most important historical points in the city. The best point of entrance for the wall is near the ‘Ex-Col-legiata de St Feliu’ (or the Church of St Feliu) as this way you’ll be descending and not climbing (a serious mistake if you visit during the summer months). The wall hosts spectacular views in all directions and entrance is free. You can visit the wall between 8am and 10pm every day.

The Cathedral

This cathedral dates back to the 11th century and is without a doubt the most important building in the city. The charm of this building is that it does not belong to one era or design; in fact, the cathedral has been added to over the years and can now boast styles from almost every imaginable era.
On the inside, the cathedral has many beautiful artefacts; the Tapestry of Creation dated back to the 11th century, the 10th century manuscript, ‘Beatus’ and a rich collection of medieval gold and silver work. The cathedral boasts many beautiful features such as a stairway of 90steps, 3 landings, a nave that is second in length to the Vatican’s St Peters, a museum and a handsome bell tower.
The Cathedral is open from 10am to 7pm from November to March, and until 8pm between April and October. Prices vary, but you can expect to pay around 3-5euros with a guided tour, with discounts for OAP’s and students.

The Rambla

The Rambla of Girona is situated down Calle Nou and just across the Pont de Pedra. Here you will find an array of bars, shops and restaurants that provide chilled out terraces by day, perfect for soaking up the sun and for people watching and exciting nightlife during the later hours. Every Saturday, you can visit the local flower market until 2pm. Furthermore, until early evening every day, you can stroll along the cobbled roads and meet the locals while browsing at the many craft stalls which sell some very original, local gifts.

This is only a short guide to Girona, so make sure to visit this wonderful city as it really does have everything to offer.

For residents interested in a tummy tuck, Fort Worth offers a number of skilled plastic surgeons, strong state medical legislation and excellent facilities. So, if you live in the Fort Worth area or will be an upcoming visitor and are interested in learning more about tummy tuck surgery and surgeons, keep reading.

What is a tummy tuck?

A tummy tuck is a type of plastic surgery also known as an abdominoplasty. It’s a surgical procedure that repositions and tightens your abdominal muscles, removes excess skin and fat in the abdominal area and even reshapes the region.

Who is the ideal abdominoplasty candidate?

For a tummy tuck, Fort Worth patients should already be at a relatively normal weight. Typically, the procedure is designed to eliminate excess skin or reshape muscles after extreme weight loss or pregnancy. The procedure is becoming increasingly popular for mothers of multiple children who are having trouble reshaping their bodies after the skin expansions and contractions of each birth.

What is the abdominoplasty process?

For a major surgery like a tummy tuck, Fort Worth and the state of Texas require that a plastic surgeon conduct an initial consultation appointment with a patient. During this preliminary discussion, the patient and the surgeon talk about the goals for the procedure, the surgery plan, costs and any possible risks.

Once a surgery date has been set and you have properly prepared for your tummy tuck operation, you will be sedated using a general anesthesia. After becoming unconscious, your plastic surgeon will make a long, flattened V-shaped cut over the lower part of your stomach.

At this point, the skin is pulled back to allow access to the abdominal muscles, which are then repositioned, stretched, tightened and stitched into place. Once the muscles are in place, the surgeon removes any excess skin, stretches the skin back over the abdomen and stitches the patient back up.

What happens after an abdominoplasty?

After their tummy tuck, Fort Worth patients should rest for approximately 14 to 21 days. During recovery, strenuous activity needs to be avoided as well as possible sources of infection and possible straining. After the initial recovery period, patients can begin a doctor-supervised exercise program designed to strengthen and repair the abdominal muscles.

Because an abdominoplasty or tummy tuck is such an extensive abdominal procedure, many patients suffer from constipation or pain from the strain of making a bowel movement. Because of this, doctors often prescribe a diet of reduced stimulants, lots of water, soluble fiber and laxatives to produce stools that are easy to pass.

How much does a tummy tuck cost?

For a complete or major tummy tuck, Fort Worth patients can typically pay anywhere from $4000 to $9000, with most operations falling in the higher portion of that range. Because an abdominoplasty is major surgery, patients look for an experienced surgeon, not a cheap one.

Where can I find a good abdominoplasty surgeon in Fort Worth?

For any cosmetic surgery or skin care procedures, including a tummy tuck, Fort Worth citizens should try contacting the American Board of Plastic Surgery for a recommendation or the Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons.

An external drive connecting to a computer via a USB port is referred to as a “USB hard drive.” The purpose of the drive is simply an extra hard drive for computer system that can be disconnected and relocated and reconnected at will. The hard drive has multiple uses for the average user, and has even more uses for those who have very important data files they use for business that need to be accessible at a remote location. There are multiple aspects to an external hard drive, that can affect a purchase decision so let us take a look at a few of them.

Size

An external hard drive takes up only a small amount of space, as their purpose is to reside outside the computer. In terms of dimensions , the drives look similar to an external DVD drive that have become popular in recent years. The hard drive within a computer is fairly small and an external hard drive is simply the same hard drive, but has a protective casing. Since the [spin] portable hard drive is small, you can easily find room for it on your desk. This convenience allows you to take it with you to another location or conceal it if you need to.

Storage Capacity

The storage space is really the most significant factor when looking at an external hard drive. External hard drives are found in nearly every size of storage capacity . Those who wish to have a small drive can find one that stores 100 gigabytes (GB) and the largest drives are 1 terabyte (TB) in size, which translates into 1,024 gigabytes. Naturally, this is a extraordinarily large amount of storage space that someone would need if they store and edit large movie files. Whatever your storage needs are, you can find an external hard drive that suits your computing needs .

Price

The price of an external hard drive varies widely depending on the storage capacity and brand name. The external hard drives that are small will obviously cost less, while those hard drives that are larger in capacity, say 1TB, will cost more . Expect to pay as little as $10 for a 1GB drive or as much as $600 for a 1TB drive. This cost is always in proportion to the storage capacity.

Ease of Connectivity

One of the biggest benefits of owning an external hard drive is the fact that it has simple connectivity. The hard drive can be easily connected to nearly any computer. All you have to do is attach the USB cable to any one of your USB ports. Any computer will immediately recognize the hard drive, this means any file on the hard drive can be opened on just about every computer. This connectivity makes it easy to move files from one computer to another, or the ability to back up important files .

Benefits

If you need to make a backup your own files, an external hard drive is the way to go. An external hard drive allows you to keep a second copy of any file you do not want to lose. By having an extra copy and should one of your drives fail, you still have the file(s) benefit of having an external hard drive.

External hard drives are the simplest way to move or store your files. While CDs and DVDs, and even Blu ray discs can hold a lot of information , the CDs may easily become damaged and unusable. The casing that surrounds an external hard drive will keep the drive safe, from accidental bumps or liquid spillage from a cup of coffee . External drives are a must for anyone who owns a PC.

The question “Where was the wall?” is undoubtedly the most frequently asked question from Berlin visitors. But there are also many locals who can’t remember where the wall once stood. You can clearly see in the area where the Berlin Wall once was, a memorable mark made by a double row of cobblestones and a red line. Here you can experience one of the enlightening wall-discovery tours.

The official demolition of the wall began on the 13th of June 1990 on Bernauer Strasse, by 300 GDR border guards and was completed by 600 pioneers of the Bundeswehr, the german military. The Bundeswehr was equipped With 13 bulldozers, 55 excavators, 65 cranes and 175 trucks. Six sections, which were kept as a memorial, are left from the original wall. Due to the enormity of the task, the rest of the inner wall was still being dismantled until November the same year. There is barley any reminders of the wall, with the concrete blocks having been crushed and mainly used to build new roads. However, 250 wall sections were auctioned, selling at a price between 10 000 and 150 000 DM (Deutsche Mark).

There are still a few remnants of the wall kept as a sign of remembrance. However, it is understandable that Berlin residents were keen to see painful wounds heal as quickly as possible and so the bringing down of the wall was a very much welcomed occasion. Nowadays, it is really difficult to imagine that Berlin was once divided by a curtain of iron and concrete. Nevertheless, even the dramatic transformation that Berlin has experienced since 1989 could not delete all traces of the wall, in neither the city nor the minds of the Berlin people. The famous writer, Peter Schneider once said that “it will take longer to demolish the wall in the people’s minds than it took to bring down the actual wall”.

More than 100,000 citizens of the GDR tried to flee the inner German border by climbing over the Berlin Wall. Hundreds of them were shot dead by the East German border guards or died accidentally in their attempt to escape. The Berlin Wall Memorial, the memorial Günter Litfin, the Parliament of the trees, the memorial wall at the Marie-Elisabeth-Lueders House and other memorials that emerged in 1961 in West Berlin, did so in memory of the victims of the Berlin Wall.

In the Bernauer Strasse, the complete closure of the border sector on the 13th of August 1961 resulted in a particularly violent way of life for local residents. In a day, their lives were completely turned around and they were no longer able to go about their usual business. Neighbours, friends and relatives were separated and this proved to be a very disruptive time for everyone. Against the will of the inhabitants of the Bernauer Strasse area, they became witnesses and protagonists in the post-war history of Germany.

The history of Berlin is very moving and this is still felt in daily life. However, the past makes Berlin Berlin; there is no comparable city in Europe. A visit to Berlin will be a special experience; not only due to the fascinating history but also because there is so much to do. The best thing to do for a memorable holiday in Berlin is to search for an accommodation (Unterkunft in Berlin) in the city centre, like an apartment (Ferienwohnung Berlin) or hotel (Berlin Hotel) in eastern Berlin, where you can best experience the history of Berlin!

Deciding which antivirus software to use is particularly difficult for home computer users, who often don’t have the technical expertise to sort the good oil from the marketing hype. No matter which antivirus software you select, you will still need to practice “safe computing” to ensure your computer is not infected with a virus.

Sooner or later, all home computer users are confronted with the horrible question: Which Antivirus Software To Use.

Computing professionals have usually already formed a view about which antivirus program to use in certain situations, even before those situations arise, and are less often found wandering the net, thinking to themselves, “I know I need some antivirus protection, but which antivirus protection do I need?”

If you are wondering which antivirus software is right for your situation, out of all the available makes and models, it can be difficult to find unbiased advice. Any manufacturer of antivirus software will happily tell you which antivirus program to use - theirs, of course!

While the afficionados will argue about which antivirus program does a better job of detecting malware, or which antivirus software is easier to maintain, or which antivirus software has the best update process, the bottom line for the home computer user is simple. It doesn’t so much matter which antivirus software you select in the beginning, as it matters how you deploy it.

No matter which antivirus program - or programs - you choose to run, you will need to download the updates as soon as they are released. New viruses are identified, and new fixes developed, on a daily basis. When you have decided which antivirus software you will use, bookmark their site and/or subscribe to their notification service so that you never miss an update.

Remember, too, that no antivirus program can protect you against worms and viruses that you “track in” with permission. No matter which antivirus program you are running, you must maintain “safe computing” practices - save and scan any files before opening them, and don’t download and install .exe files from the internet.

There are many good free antivirus programs available. If you’re paranoid run a whole bunch of them - for example the combination of AVG7.5, Zone Alarm, Ad-Aware, Spybot Search and Destroy, A-Squared Anti malware and Anti dialer, Spyware Blaster and Win Defender should give you belt-and-braces coverage.

Why worry about which antivirus to choose? Run them all!

No, seriously - as a home computer user, you don’t really need to pay for antivirus protection. Research the free antivirus software available, and choose a good set of 2-4 programs which cover all the bases between them. Look for reviews like this Norton AntiVirus Review, which cover the pros and cons in a balanced manner.

Bedding for your dog is an important issue, as this is where he will be spending quite a bit of time - especially at night. The best bedding for your dog should be a natural fiber, such as wool, as wool absorbs most moisture and will keep your companion warm. When you get your blanket, you can try thrift stores, as they aren’t very expensive. It’s not worth buying an expensive blanket as Golden Retrievers love to chew. They can chew or tear the blanket in no time at all, which would make an expensive blanket a waste of money.

When bringing your Golden puppy home, he may be a little upset having to leave his mom and the others of his litter. The scents and memories that he come to know and love are now being replaced with totally new ones. If you provide a towel for your Golden to sleep with, it may help to ease him a bit. Towels are a great way to remind Golden puppies of their mom and their litter, which will help them to sleep and relax.
And of course you must start house training your puppy right away.
House training puppies House training puppies puppy potty training

If you are planning to have your Golden Retriever sleep with you, you should be ready to get up in the middle of the night and take him outside to use the bathroom. You should keep his food and water near his bedding at all times, so if he gets hungry or thirsty he can get what he needs. Then, you should be planning on taking him out around an hour or so after he has eaten.

If you plan to leave your Golden Retriever outdoors, you’ll obviously need to use a different style of bedding. Doghouses are essential for Golden’s who stay outdoors, as it helps to keep them warm and free of weather. Inside of the doghouse on the other hand, most people tend to use straw so the Golden can make a bed out of it. You can also use a blanket or quilt as well, so that your Golden can wrap himself up in it should he get cold.

You can also use wooden shavings, as most Golden’s tend to like them. Newspapers work good as well, as they give your Golden something to lay on besides a wooden floor. Although doghouses work great for outdoor dogs, you should take your dog for walks on a daily basis and let him join you in activities that he finds enjoyable. This way, you can build a unique and lasting friendship with your dog. Golden Retrievers can quickly become the best friend you have ever had - as long as you take care of them. Making sure that have the proper bedding is a great place to begin.
