The TravelChannel is now offering VOD. That means you can watch interesting and informative videos about travel destinations, accommodations, and other travel-related subjects when it is convenient for you.
The TravelChannel is just one of many channels that is making some of its offerings available through Internet Television. While not all networks offer a Video on Demand model, some make streaming programming available online. And of course there are clips and even entire episodes of some shows available on video sharing sites such as YouTube.
Internet Television is far from replacing traditional television. But it can make watching the things that you want to watch more convenient. It’s great that TV networks are beginning to embrace such things as Video on Demand services to keep viewers happy.
